The cook book

The Chef Game at our meeting in Norway brought Turkish, Danish, German, Spanish and Norwegian food together;)
It was impressing what you did at our kitchens that day, and I think many students wants to try the recipes. The cook book is still "under construction", and the students in Norway are today busy preparing for their exams, but here is a link to the document:

A tour on the Bosphorus... do you remember?

We had a three hours tour on the Bosphorus, travelling from the Asian side, to the European side, up the Bosphorus and back to the Asian side again.

People selling hot chai (Turkish tea) and panini, students and teachers talking together, the blue sky, the water, the boats....

The last meeting is over, thank you everybody for making this an interesting and great meeting!
We are still working with the update of the blog, after having lost all the work we had done with the first blog.
